Cutting Oils
Conventional Milky Soluble Cutting Oil – KEMREE CT 3010 is a blend of emulsifiers, corrosion protection additives and biocides. It offers adequate lubricity, cooling and protection from bacteria.
Semi-Synthetic Cutting Fluid – KEMTREE SCT series covers a range of applications from low-duty to heavy-duty operations. The product is formulated with high quality base stocks, lubricity additives, emulsifiers, corrosion protection additives, anti-foam, fungicides and biocides.
Neat Oils – KEMTREE NCO and KEMTREE CSP series are a range of neat oils characterized by the right visocity, lubricity additives and anti-oxidants depending on the application.
Rust Preventive Oils
Rust Prventive Oils - KEMTREE RP series of Rust Preventive Oil offer Shot term to Long term protection and Soft to Hard Coating on the surface. The products are formulated Operator Friendly Non-aromatic solvents, virgin base oils and high quality anti-corrosion additives for maximum protection.s
Skin Pass Drawing Oils
Skin Pass Drawing Oil for Stainless Steel – KEMTREE SS series if a mineral oil based product for Skin pass drawing of Medium to Thick Stainless Steel Wires. It can be used with Tungsten Carbide or Diamond dies. The products offer superior surface finish and high productivity.
